NEW YORK (April 26, 2016) — Talent Inc., the world’s largest resume-writing and personal-branding service, today announced the appointment of Michael Henderson to Chief Technology Officer. Through their network of experienced writers, Talent Inc.’s resume brands — TopResume and CVNow — write and analyze millions of resumes, CVs, and LinkedIn profiles each year. Responsible for the startup’s technology strategy and recruitment efforts, Mr. Henderson is based in the company’s New York City headquarters, which recently relocated to larger offices in the Union Square area.

His team will develop resume and career-service solutions for job seekers, as well as our internal operational, workflow, and automation systems,” said Jeff Berger, CEO & founder of Talent Inc. “Patrick Butler has been our CTO since inception and will now assume the role of Chief Product Officer & co-founder.”
With a career in technology spanning over two decades, Mr. Henderson has held various top-level roles at both start-ups and globally renowned organizations. At tax-software startup CrossBorder Solutions, he led technology strategy and development until its acquisition by Thomson Reuters. During his tenure at Thomson Reuters, Mr. Henderson’s accomplishments included leading Emerging Technology strategy, founding a User Experience team, and developing a framework for building modern HTML applications. Most recently, he led a 60-person, international development team as a Senior Director of Technology. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Mr. Henderson worked at frog design where he spearheaded technology for the global design and strategy firm.

Mr. Henderson began his career as a developer at National Instruments, where he developed systems for sales-force automation and web-event scheduling. He holds a B.B.A. in finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
