NEW YORK (October 10, 2016) — Talent Inc., the world’s largest resume-writing and personal-branding service, today announced the appointment of Hillary Garris to Vice President of Finance. Reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for developing the company’s financial-management strategy and execution, Ms. Garris is based in the company’s New York City headquarters. The resume-writing and personal-branding leader, Talent Inc. helps job seekers achieve their professional goals.

Most recently, Ms. Garris was Vice President of Finance & Operations at Piano, a software-as-a-service company specializing in digital commerce optimization. As part of the global finance team for Anheuser-Busch InBev, a Global Fortune 500 consumer-products company, Hillary spearheaded its equity listing on the NYSE, following the $52 billion acquisition of Anheuser-Busch. Additionally, she serves as a mentor for the Entrepreneurs-in-Training program at the Athena Center for Leadership Studies at Barnard, which fosters the confidence and skills young women need to launch their own ventures.

Ms. Garris began her career researching and investing in technology and energy companies at ING, Oaktree Capital, and Oppenheimer & Co. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in finance and economics from Lehigh University.
