NEW YORK (June 5, 2017) — Talent Inc., the largest resume-writing service in the world, today announced the appointment of Armando Roman to Senior Vice President of Operations, a newly created role. Based in New York City and reporting directly to CEO and founder Jeff Berger, Mr. Roman is responsible for leading the company's operations – professional writer network, quality control, sales, and customer support – to support their growing base of job seekers. Through their network of experienced writers, Talent Inc. writes and analyzes millions of resumes, CVs, and LinkedIn profiles around the world, each year.

Most recently, Mr. Roman was Vice President of Operations at Managed by Q, a provider of subscription and on-demand office services, where he built, scaled, and led its national operations. Before that, he was the Head of Operations at 1stdibs, a leading marketplace for one-of-a-kind items. In this role, Mr. Roman was accountable for all service-delivery aspects, which included customer relationship, shipping, and trust and safety. Previously, he worked at Quidsi, Inc., where he launched customer and supplier initiatives that supported their explosive growth during its initial years. Upon Amazon's acquisition of Quidsi, Mr. Roman spearheaded the integration between the two companies.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Roman held operations-management roles at DSC Logistics, Gate Gourmet, and the Peruvian division of Linde AG, a multinational German industrial conglomerate. He earned an MBA from Georgetown University and a BS in industrial and systems engineering from Peru's prestigious Universidad de Piura.
